Advised a commercial kitchen manufacturer on two fronts: evaluating welding robot solutions (guided vs. autonomous, vision vs. memory-based) for their custom fabrication line, and eliminating a major sales bottleneck by automating the AutoCAD-to-BOQ pipeline.

Built a centralized parts database with auto-tagging, scripted data extraction from supplier datasheets, and laid the roadmap toward BIM standardization with Revit.

Partnered with an international insurance broker across three engagements. Ran workflow interviews to identify bottlenecks and rolled out enterprise AI agents for their knowledge workers.

Built a document extraction pipeline that handles complex multi-format PDFs from different carriers — text-based, image-based, and nested tables — outputting clean, standardized client reports.

Delivered a full-stack proof of concept for client onboarding that automated questionnaires, authorization via DocuSign, and email workflows, all integrated as their personal CRM.

A roofing business operations consultancy had built a prototype SDR AI agent and needed a technical audit before scaling it to clients.

Worked with their leadership and systems integrator to validate scope, conduct a security and compliance-focused architecture review, define the release roadmap, and surface risks with clear remediation paths.
